Anyone who follows the 45 Live Instagram page will have noticed a few posts about this 45 recently, and how much damn money the orginal pressing is going for, some €450 from Discogs chancers! As is the case with a lot of OG classic hip hop, eyes will be watering and wallets be emptying if you just have to have it. But the last laugh is all ours as the wonderful Mr Bongo have only gone and got the rights to reissue this absolute mega classic ATCQ joint on 45. Possibly their greatest example of the boom and bap, the bass and drums are dopeness exemplified, and the raps are sublime from Tribe and featuring Busta Rhymes, Charlie Brown and Dinco D. The sweet marriage of jazz n' hip hop taken from the seminal Low End Theory album, this is 100% perfection, what else do you need to know? Set the alert up, and don't miss this gem of a reissue.
