The Lovemonk crew out of Spain is one record label we are more than a little familiar with and they deliver once again in what we can only describe as the sound of the incoming summer. The mysterious Commonsur production crew (all we know is that they are a Geneva/Madrid based duo) come out the gate all guns blazing with a heavyweight bumper pack release boasting four breathtaking tracks delivered in a super tidy forty-five format for ease of travel when leapfrogging between festival destinations.
We are feeling the heat in our seats with this sureshot and we have this debut EP from Commonsur rooted to the playbox since we first dropped the needle on the groove on the opening track 'Let's Make It Happen'. We are fully on board with Commonsur which is an act that is giving us all the feels thanks to an infectious beat-driven groove signified across all four tracks.
