It's a craving from the feel good folk when they want the DJ to give 'em a little bit more. We hail the glorious return of Aussie funk fiends Cookin' On 3 Burners. This crew are under the spotlight this time around thanks to this funky heater entitled 'Cookin' The Books'. From the off, the track welcomes us in us with a major key splash that drips funk from the opening gambit. Bring in the horns and an anchor heavy bass and I'll be damned if this 45 doesn't move you. Flip over for part two and it just gets grimier and grittier as CO3B join forces with soulstress Stella Angelico to deliver a whole lot more on 'Give A Little Bit More'. We cannot contain ourselves with the not knowing on what comes next for this crew but for now we're more than satisfied with this funky forty-five. Sofor now......everybody after me....
