Rap fans rejoice! DJ A-L is back with another collaboration for datass! DJ A-L is a producer from Denver who never sleeps and is always a few steps ahead of his peers creatively. When he's not in the lab creating a new project for his Retro Respect record label he's in the classroom schooling the new generation or indeed spinning at any number of spots around Denver to an appreciative audience.
On this latest project he teams up with rap heavyweights Craig G and Sadat X on 'Talk To 'Em'. Craig G flys the flag for all creative emcees on this cut and the hook has Sadat X spit words of encouragement for his rhyming partner. The rhymes are underpinned by DJ A-L's tight production that we've become accustomed to hearing through his collaboration with Rodney O from 2019 for example. On the flip side, 'Live On Stage', DJ A-L explores some cinematic psych soundings for Craig G to wax lyrical over once again. It all makes for a dope collab.
