Rap forty-five label Mr Bongo, the label we turn to when Discogs command sky high prices for the humble seven inch which set you back pennies in Woolies in the 80's release this bona fide sureshot from one of the most revered rap crews of all time EPMD.
Both Erick Sermon and Parrish Smith were widely cited as pioneers of that early New York rap production style and on this release they give a nod to Juice's 'Catch A Groove', Kool & The Gang’s ‘Jungle Boogie’ and Zapp’s ‘More Bounce to the Ounce' with all three tracks put through the SP for devastating boom bap pressure.
