Kicking off with the cream of the drop, 'How Lucky Am I' with one of the best and most unique rappers out there, Lyric Born. A HUGE celebratory vibe with the horns riffing on the chorus and a super funky midtempo bed to lay it all on, so so good. Flip the 45 for 'Superstar' featuring Lightheaded, another funky cut with some excellent jazzed up instrumentation. Going over to the 2nd 45, and we get some bubblin' reggae with 'Take It Easy' featuring Australian musician/activist Natalie Pa'apa'a. Then heading up the rear there is 'Get Live', a subtle and lush summery disco/funk beauty. No real need to get flowery with descriptions, just listen below, then buy! Excellent stuff.
