Tokyo's Kazahaya first wooed the 45 Live team through his association with the Breakin' Bread crew who have been championing his efforts for many years now. He's successfully solicited the charms of the western world through his series of vinyl mixes like 'Soul Is Yours', 'Soul On Galaxy' and 'Soul On Rainbow' that had us scrambling for our next fix from this DJ and had us asking the question "what's next?" His production output for labels like Breakin' Bread and collaborations with The Spandettes and Camp-Lo are further proof of this man's talents.
'Out Of The Soul' is lifted from his second LP 'Beats Soul & Life' which came out last week and upon it's release proceeded to tear a hole in the music charts that matter. It's behind the boards that Kazahaya has found his strong suit. It's pleasing to know there's a producer like Kazahaya out there. Catch him on tour in the UK if you can this September.
