This is especially evident on the latest 45 from Happy As A Lark Records who have made the right move by signing Chicago brass band favourites Lowdown Brass Band to their growing roster of acts. And with signing veterans of the scene of this stature the label have cemented their reputation as ones to watch within reggae and roots circles. With the help of Chi-Town rappers Illuminati Congo & Billacamp, expect the refashioned'We Just Want To Be' to be put through the ringer on soundsystems worldwide once selectors catch wind thanks to producer Nic 'The Graduate' Gourguechon.
