OH MY GOD, epic funk 45 alert! A mid 70's soundtrack stylee funk groove that is going to blow up dancefloors around the world. Funkshone take the next step in bringing you this new 45 on Bandoni Music, a new label set up by Mike himself. This is the first single in what is hoped will become a long line of successful Funk and Soul 45's on this new imprint. Only 300 vinyl copies are to be made and sold. Each hand numbered with a personal message in every copy.
Just like the very first Funkshone 45 (Purification Pts 1&2) this one features the incredible musicianship of The Easy Access Orchestra (Herbaliser/Roots Manuva/Just Jack) on Brass, Wind and Flute and Mike playing everything else that you hear. Just like old times then! Yes there are heavy drums (several breaks; perfect BBoy material!!!) and bass, that cutting 70's wah on guitar and clav, rhodes, percussion and of course that all important relentless brass and flute.
