That mysterious Japanese producer who is listed on the Interpol database simply as 'Shuggy' has returned to the public glare in fine fashion with a clutch of treats before year end to whet the appetite for 2025. Next year promises to be a bumper year for Shuggy (if he evades capture of course) with a list of essential edits lined up but for now we bask in the glory of what he's done for this classic funk cut. The latest artist to team up with Shuggy is Baby Huey who on the strength of this release will blow the eff up. Original heads know the deal with 'Hard Times' and how it delivers each and every time when it's dropped.
