The first month of the year is nearing it’s end, and we can all safely agree that a brand new forty-five from Hamburg producer Special Herbz is what's needed. One that peels away all the stresses and strains of back to work life after the holidays . Well then, our advice is to drop the needle on this release from our man in Germany. Think of this release on The Crate Records as the perfect tonic. Producer Special Herbz has been on our radar for a minute thanks to his super limited 45 he independently put out entitled ‘Late Night Dive / Solar Flares’ and on this release he takes us in a new direction and it’s one for the heads.
‘Mellow Planet’ is presented here on a tasty seven with the track ‘Moon Rockz’ on the flip. Deep jazzy hip hop vibes underpinned with some tough drums are what you can expect with this edit which is sure to fly off the shelves so our advice is to drop coin pronto on this limited release.
