It's been a minute since we have featured anything from the Dynamite Cuts label and in the interim there have been so many damn fine releases to check out that are still available from the label's Bandcamp page. Without further ado, let's crack on with introducing you to this double sided heat rock from The 9th Creation's debut LP from 1975. Not that 'Bubble Gum' needs much of an introduction as this track has featured on more than a few DJ breaks mixes through the years. Smut peddlin' funk at it's finest that's for sure. The track steadies itself in full force funk mode with a bassline that thumps. On the flip 'Rule Of Mind' proceedings open with a so-so def drum break and a dope echoing flute before the vocal takes hold. This really is an essential double sider that many will be familiar with but will be so happy to have both tracks on a 45 at an affordable price.
