The Preacher returns for another one-two punch of Echo Editary with a deviant dose of Gospel infused jazz to tickle ya taste buds. Cut to the A Side for a version of the seminal jazz-funk anthem made classic by the likes of Side Effect and Willie Bobo, to find this funkified Gospel take elongated, chopped and screwed for the more discerning dancefloors.
Flip it over for the “Heads”…a chin stroker of a rarity that was done an dusted as an original recording in 1 min 30 secs. Here, The Preacher gets swivvy on a broken beat tip with a touch of the jazz flavor, building into a euphoric offering from the pulpit for “The Blessing”.
